Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself and thank you for considering me to be the one to inspect your home or property. I will do my best to give you a complete and in-depth report of all that is inspected for you. I invite you to follow along and accompany me on your inspection. I’ll make sure to take the time to explain and answer any questions you have. I can assure you that with over 20 years experience in both Residential and Commercial Construction fields, I will bring experience and knowledge needed for an inspection that is well informative and thorough. As a NYS Home Inspector, I have many certifications in Construction and many other fields for testing, servicing,installing and or repair. We offer a variety of services including a Licenced Drone and operator, Radon testing with 48hr results with calibrated and certified equipment annually and Lead paint testing.

Looking at a home isn’t always about the obvious. It is about taking the time to look into many factors and many individual systems and or parts. A home isn’t just four walls and a roof it is composed of many individual areas and systems all trying to work together. AS your home inspector, I will take the time to go over these systems to give you an objective perspective on how they are functioning In part and as a whole.

Individual home inspection of a single family home-Prices will vary for larger homes over 3000 ft.²

Multifamily, Rental and Commercial
Multi family and rental property inspections will be based on a single fee base inspection with an additional cost for individual units or apartments. Commercial inspections are based on a base cost and the size of the property to be inspected. This type of an inspection is for commercial property, small businesses or farms.
Drone videos and or property inspection
